At Swigware LLC, we take great pride in offering high-quality, customized tumblers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is custom-made based on your specifications, making it unique to you.
- Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged product and the packaging. Upon review, we may offer a replacement or a store credit.
- Incorrect Customization: If there is an error in the customization that differs from what was confirmed in your order, please reach out within 7 days, and we will address the issue promptly.
Please note that slight variations in color, design, or placement may occur due to the custom nature of the tumblers. These variations are not considered defects.
